The Phantom from 10,000 Leagues

Name: Unknown
Category: Monster, Aquatic Monster, Animal, Mutant Animal
Age: Unknown
Origin: Ocean near Pacific College of Oceanography
Habitat: Always near the mysterious nuclear energy shaft coming from the “activated” uranium ore located on the ocean floor. Despite its name, the Phantom usually stays within 0.5 leagues off-shore and at the depths no greater than 0.01036 leagues.
General Description: A heavily mutated marine creature, that came to life as an unfortunate side effect of one of the Pacific College of Oceanography experiments. Living in “constant flow of heavy water” provided our underwater pal with an unusual reaction to the radiation caused by “activated” submerged uranium ore – instead of instant death, the Phantom mutated and, in fact, adapted to feed of this radiation, which proved to be an extremely efficient energy source for Phantom’s limited but energy consuming escapades.
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: The Phantom has no friends... unless a shaft of radioactive light can count as one.
Sworn Enemies: Anyone who comes close to his beloved radiation shaft
Special Powers: Virtual immunity to the effects of radiation
Weapon(s) of choice: It is believed that the monster drowns its victims or reaps them apart with powerful fangs and paws, however most of the Phantom’s victims end up with multiple radiation burns and therefore the exact causes of death are hard to pinpoint.
Weakness(es): Lack of immunity to the effects of dynamite
Hobbies: Peeping at scuba divers
Pet Peeves: Paddleboats
Best Lines: N/A
Total Estimated Power Rating: 6
1 Base Intellect Points + 4 Base Physical Power Points + 1 Shock Point
Danger Level: Medium. Unless you are planning on swimming in the vicinity of that mysterious shaft of light emanating from the ocean floor – you really have nothing to worry about. If that is exactly what you are planning to do – don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Identification: The Phantom from 10,000 Leagues is a sea serpent of some kind... a hideous beast that defies description... However, some specialists claim that the monster can, in fact, be described as a guy in a rubber fish suit.
How to Avoid: The Phantom from 10,000 leagues has exclusively attacked people in paddleboats (or scuba divers that utilize paddleboats to reach their diving destination.) We may speculate that the sound of motor boats scares the monster away and therefore wholeheartedly endorse motor propelled boats for transpiration near the mysterious underwater nuclear shafts.
Suggested actions in case of encounter: When encountering this beast you have to watch out for two things – the monster itself and the nuclear shaft, proximity of which is signified by the presence of the Phantom. Any object that comes into contact with the bright light of the radioactive shaft may and most definitely will be destroyed.
Suggested killing techniques: The Phantom from 10,000 Leagues is surprisingly susceptible to ordinary dynamite.

Santi

Name: Santi (aka “The one who sighs”)
Category: Vengeful Ghost, Ghost
Age: 7-9 (?) at the time of death
Origin: Spain
Habitat: Bottomless pool (well?) in the basement of a Spanish Orphanage
General Description: A ghost of an innocent Spanish youth killed by one of the orphanage employees.
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: Carlos and other orphanage children
Sworn Enemies: Jacinto
Special Powers: Sighing
Weapons of Choice: Santi enjoys drowning his victims. Especially if they are bleeding, thus leaving a cloud of blood in the murky waters of the pool Santi inhabits.
Weaknesses: Lack of physical body makes it extremely hard for Santi to avenge his death without outside assistance
Hobbies: Harassing children who have nothing to do with his death...
Pet Peeves: What do ghosts dislike? Being condemned to watch a tragedy being repeated time and time again? Pain, perhaps. Being dead while seemingly being alive? Being suspended in time… like a blurred photograph… like an insect trapped in amber?...
Nah! Actually, it’s not being able to scratch where it itches… And also those people who insist on using cell phones while on a toilet in a public bathroom…
Best Lines:
1) Many of you will die.
2) Many of you will die.
3) Jacinto. Bring him to me.
Total Estimated Power Rating: 4
2 Intellect Points + 1 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point
Danger Level: Low. Santi can handle a wounded or weakened adversary, but he is rather ineffective when facing a healthy adult.
Identification: A pale boy with a profusely bleeding gash in his left temple. He seems to be surrounded by ghostly water at all times.
How to Avoid: Avoid swimming in murky basement pools.
Suggested Actions in Case of Encounter: Don’t be afraid. Santi might look creepy, but he is really not that bad. Unless you happen to be Jacinto, you have nothing to worry about.
Suggested Killing Techniques: As with most ghosts, killing Santi is not possible, for he is already dead.

Momma Gorgo

Name: Momma Gorgo
Category: Dinosaur, Aquatic Monster, Animal, Reptile
Age: Unknown
Origin: Atlantic Ocean near Ireland
Habitat: Atlantic Ocean near Ireland
General Description: A giant aquatic theropod dinosaur of unidentified specie. Estimated to be over 200 feet tall (300 feet according to our calculations).
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: Gorgo
Sworn Enemies: The British
Special Powers: Being 300 feet tall, impenetrable skin
Weapons of Choice: Giant feet and powerful upper limbs
Weaknesses: None
Hobbies: Destroying London Landmarks and burying its inhabitants under piles of historic rubble
Pet Peeves: Being bombed, shot at, set on fire, or electrocuted
Best Lines: N/A
Total Estimated Power Rating: 16
1 Intellect Points + 9 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point + 5 Points for Ultimate Invulnerability
Danger Level: Extremely High. Momma Gorgo is one of this planet’s ultimate monsters. Virtually indestructible (able to sustain multiple missile hits, 3 million volts of electricity, etc.) and capable of flattening an entire city, this oversized dinosaur can take on an entire navy (and land army) and come out victorious. Avoiding Momma Gorgo at all costs is the best thing humanity can hope for.
Identification: If you see a 300-foot dinosaur – check for the presence of dorsal plates and wing-like ears. If dorsal plates are absent while the ears are present – you are dealing with Momma Gorgo or one of her relatives. If the dorsal plates are present while the ears are absent – you are probably dealing with Godzilla.
How to Avoid: When entering any building make sure there is no “Robinson, LTD” logo posted on the building. Momma Gorgo has an unhealthy habit of destroying anything affiliated with this company. Also avoid capturing or hurting her offspring. The worst possible thing you could do is to imprison Gorgo and attempt to hide from his momma’s wrath in “Robinson LTD” London headquarters. So don’t do it.
Suggested Actions in Case of Encounter: Follow the earthquake survival procedures – avoid buildings, try to stay in the open, and evacuate at the first sight of the approaching disaster. The monster is not very fast – theoretically you could easily outrun it.
Suggested Killing Techniques: You can’t kill Momma Gorgo. Nuking the monster seems to be the only available option; however this theory has not been yet tested. We could speculate that nukes would not kill Momma Gorgo, and instead create a possibility of mutation that would make this monster even more deadly.

Gorgo

Name: Gorgo
Category: Dinosaur, Aquatic Monster, Animal, Reptile
Age: Unknown (Gorgo is a baby)
Origin: Atlantic Ocean near Ireland
Habitat: London Circus
General Description: A 65-foot baby monster awoken by an underwater earthquake only to be captured and sold to a London circus.
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: Momma Gorgo
Sworn Enemies: Like most prisoners, Gorgo hates his captors. Unlike many prisoners, however, Gorgo never experiences the effects of the Stockholm Syndrome.
Special Powers: Being large and growing to be even larger.
Weapons of Choice: Stomping on things
Weaknesses: Fear of fire, easily gets entangled in fish nets
Hobbies: Screaming
Pet Peeves: Being harpooned and shot at
Best Lines: N/A
Total Estimated Power Rating: 8
1 Intellect Points + 6 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point
Danger Level: High. However, although Gorgo is huge and often lethal, it is his momma you should be really concerned about
Identification: Imagine a 65-foot cute and cuddly baby dinosaur. Now forget this image and imagine a Tyrannosaurus Rex on steroids. The latter is Gorgo.
How to Avoid: Gorgo really wants to be simply left alone, but being nothing more than a little kid, Gorgo constantly gets into trouble with humans. Most of human-Gorgo encounters happen near the Irish shore, and usually are provoked by humans. When traveling to this beautiful country remember that Ireland is not famous for its beaches, so do yourself a favor, and stick to the pubs.
Suggested Actions in Case of Encounter: Do not, I repeat, do not try to capture Gorgo. Even if you succeed in capturing this freak of nature, you would still have to deal with his momma. Not to mention the fact that capturing this endangered specie could tip the balance of the fragile Atlantic eco-system.
Suggested Killing Techniques: Although extremely young, Gorgo is not easy to dispose of. Shooting him produces no effect whatsoever. It is much easier to keep him at bay with a few torches or an electric fence.

Indonesian Anaconda

Name: Unknown (multiple specimens)
Category: Snake, Aquatic Monster, Reptile
Age: 50-100 years old (may be older)
Size: 50 feet and more
Origin: Borneo, Indonesia
Habitat: Selatan Basin, Borneo, Indonesia
General Description: Although yet unknown to scientists, the Indonesian Anacondas grow to be even larger than their South American counterparts due to the presence of Blood Orchids in their food chain. Some of the chemicals found in this exotic plant allow Anacondas to live significantly longer than any other snakes. Since Anacondas continue to grow until death, the extra long life span allows these reptiles to reach truly monstrous proportions.
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: Other anacondas
Sworn Enemies: Jin-Soon
Special Powers: Inhabiting Indonesia
Weapon(s) of choice: Swallowing victims whole
Weakness(es): Anacondas are relatively easy to kill with a knife, machete, or fire.
Hobbies: Group sex
Pet Peeves: Flare guns, Gasoline
Best Line(s): N/A
Total Estimated Power Rating: 7
1 Intellect Points + 5 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point
Power Rating Estimate Notes: When hiking in the Indonesian jungle make sure to carry plenty of weapons. Knives, machetes, and gasoline tanks may become useful. When properly armed, killing an anaconda is so easy, even a comic relief can do it. If you are unarmed or paralyzed however, you don’t stand a chance. And for God's sake - stay out of muddy pits, for that's where anacondas make sweet anaconda love.

The Great White Shark from Jaws: The Revenge

Name: Unknown
Category: Aquatic Monster, Shark, Fish
Age: 10 years
Size: Length 25 feet; Weight 3 Tons
Origin: Atlantic Ocean near Amity Island
Habitat: Within 1000 yards of any Brody family member
General Description: A large shark with truly bizarre characteristics. Inability to digest anything but Brody meat makes this shark extremely vulnerable to starvation due to the limited availability of the Brodys. The poor beast is forced to travel thousands of miles in search of members of this rare but extremely delicious family.
Friends, Associates, and Sidekicks: None
Sworn Enemies: Brody Family
Special Powers: Growling and Roaring
Weapon(s) of choice: Razor sharp teeth
Weakness(es): Extremely poor health – the shark often spontaneously bleeds. This monster also inexplicably explodes if hit with a pointy object.
Hobbies: Usually too busy looking for Brodys to have any hobbies
Pet Peeves: Electric strobes and other electric gizmos
Best Line(s): N/A
Total Estimated Power Rating: 7
1 Intellect Points + 5 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point
Power Rating Estimate Notes: This shark is virtually unstoppable for as long as it is on the offensive. The beast is extremely intelligent and its senses are extremely well developed – it is able to track down Brodys from thousands of miles away. In addition, the monster is extremely fast - able to reach any remote locale and attack Brody family members within minutes of them entering the water.
However the defensive powers of this brute are very poorly developed. It explodes on impact, bleeds for no reason, and can’t eat anyone who doesn’t belong to the Brody family. For these reasons offense is the very best method of defense against this freak of marine nature.

1 Intellect Points + 5 Base Physical Strength Points + 1 Shock Point

Constant pain from the burn mark irritated by ocean water is slowly driving it insane.
